In February 2016, leading IT solutions provider, SHD Group, purchased the majority shareholding in ArtiCAD Holdings Ltd. Since its foundation in 1983, SHD Group has focused on the development and implementation of IT solutions for the kitchen and furniture retail channel, within which it holds a market-leading position in the DACH region. Solutions include ERP systems for furniture retailers, planning solutions for kitchen, bathroom and living rooms, as well as cross-industry solutions for warehousing, finance and personnel management.
